Join Mel for a beginner-friendly Winter Grounding Series designed to help you move, breathe and reconnect during the winter months. Through gentle yoga, mindful movement, breathwork and relaxation, you’ll be guided to build strength, improve mobility and find a sense of calm in a supportive and welcoming environment. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
