Start your Tuesday morning with a warming and relaxing yoga practice to bring your body into alignment and your mind into a calm and peaceful state. We will use props and techniques to release the connective tissues of the body.

Yin yoga is a relaxing yet powerful practice that allows the body to sink deeply into each posture. We will be using props to fully support the body, allowing time to arrive, feel and let go into each position. Each class will end with a guided yoga nidra or sleep meditation to allow your mind and body to completely relax.
