DESCRIPTION:TAI CHI – TCQC Integrated Club \nTai Chi\, sometimes referred to as meditation in motion\, is a slow\, gentle\, safe\, enjoyable form of choreographed movement\, which is known for its many health and well-being benefits. \nThe purpose of our weekly classes (in addition to having fun)\, is for members to learn\, and continue to develop\, the practice of a prescribed form of Tai Chi and its complementary art Qigong. \nOur emphasis is on strengthening the external\, internal\, and mental health of participants\, which results from the special type of movement learned in Tai Chi. \nThe chief instructor is Steve Schapel\, who has 18 years’ experience in teaching Tai Chi.
