DESCRIPTION:Restorative yoga is suitable for beginners\, experienced yogis and everybody in between!Restorative yoga is a relaxing yet powerful practice that allows the body to sink deeply into each posture. We will be using props to fully support the body\, allowing time to arrive\, feel and let go into each position.
