SUMMARY:Adapt Boxfit - Kids Session
DESCRIPTION:The Adapt Boxfit classes at the Bridge Hub South Brighton are held on Thursdays weekly. The Kids session is at 4:30-5:15pm. Entry is $5 per person per session. Please bring an exercise mat\, towel\, and drink bottle. Gloves and pads are provided\, but you can also bring your own. In these sessions\, you will learn about boxing and kickboxing techniques in a fun way\, focussing on footwork\, and how to punch and kick. You will also participate in boxing pad rounds with boxing drills and other cardio exercises such as push ups\, jumping jacks\, squats\, and running.
